THINK.

INNOVATE.

OPERATE.

Over the years we have worked on a solution deployment methodology that is scalable, repeatable and adaptable to all of our customers’ business needs. The Alphfinity Solution Deployment Strategy (ASDS) is formulated through various experiences of the founding partners that have been gathered from working at various multinational corporations, investment banks, in the healthcare industry and government agencies in the United Kingdom, India and the United States. ASDS fundamentally relies on the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Standard for Program Management and the Project Management Book of Knowledge, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) as well the Lean Six Sigma. We feel we have created the perfect blend of these methodologies that equip us to tackle any IT solution from its Alpha stage to its complete life cycle.

ASDS employs strategic visioning and planning to align project goals and objectives with the long-term goals of the customer. During our “Alpha” iteration we focus on carefully understanding the business requirements to articulate a business value realization plan. ASDS then focuses on delivering the business value incrementally. This strategy allows organizations to create value through business processes redesign. Our expertise doesn't rely on just a feasible solution, but rather an optimized one which enhances the overall organization.

ASDS is robust in tackling solutions of any magnitude from a multi-million dollar budget to a smaller scale project. The fundamentals of the strategy allow delivery of efficient solutions.  The management team strives to deliver benefits and accomplish agreed upon objectives that often affect the entire organization. This strategy considers and balances the degree of change, stakeholder expectations, requirements, resources and timing conflicts across the components of the project.

ASDS works on the following principles -

  • Strategy Alignment - identifying opportunities and benefits to achieve the organization's strategic objectives through program implementation.

  • Benefits Management - defining, creating, maximizing, delivering, and sustaining the benefits.

  • Program Stakeholder Engagement - capturing and understanding stakeholder needs, desires and expectations and analyzing the impact of the solution on stakeholders, gaining and maintaining stakeholder support, managing stakeholder communications, and mitigating/channeling stakeholder resistance.

  • Governance - establishing processes and procedures for maintaining solution deployment oversight and decision-making support for applicable policies and practices throughout the course of the engagement.

  • Solution Life Cycle Management - managing all the solutions activities related to definition of the solution, benefits delivery and closure.

These domains run concurrently throughout the duration of the solution through an ongoing series of iterations and releases.

Alphfinity’s past experience demonstrates deep understanding of the possible technologies being used and Alphfinity has the core skills as a company required for Quality Assurance and Testing.  The experiences gained from other projects highlight competency in successfully delivering solutions in the business domain under consideration using the technology stack that is chosen. Alphfinity is confident that it can leverage its rich experience in the business domain and from working with large corporate clients for Enterprise Applications development, support and Maintenance to deliver high quality software and services in a cost effective and timely manner.
